Which route to use

• Phone is fastest for a jurisdiction question — whether this office is even the right one — and for inspection scheduling where no portal exists.

The office lists Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Counter hours for permit intake are often shorter than the building's general opening hours, and inspection request cutoffs are earlier still. Confirm both before making a special trip.

Have the parcel number, the property address, the permit number if one exists, and a one-sentence scope of work ready. Permit staff field a very high volume of calls; a specific question with a parcel number attached gets a specific answer, where a general one gets referred back to the website.
